Below you will find examples of my students using some of the web 2.0 tools listed on the learning page. Please note this page is a continual work in progress. Most of the examples are from my kindergarten days. I hope add some library examples soon.
SymbalooSymbaloo has made computer time in kindergarten so much easier. I am so impressed with my students ability to maneuver from website to website using the book marks I have created on Symbaloo.

EducannonThis lesson uses the story Charlie and Lola But That Book is Mine. It is also used to encourage students to try new and different genres.

Beartooth Student NewsSixth grade students creating a news broadcast for the entire school . They use Beartooth Student News (BSN) to inform all students and staff of upcoming events relevant to Beartooth.
Brain Pop/ Brain Pop Jr.Brain Pop and Brain Pop Jr. are both paid subscriptions. The run $180 each. I use both of these web 2.0 tools on a weekly basis. They do offer a free movie of the week and also an app for iPads. The app is a center for students after they checkout, the view and explore the free video of the week. For classroom lessons I use the paid subscription to support classroom topics, many relating to LEAD 21 themes.
